HOW TO GET STARTED

The FAQ page, presentation, and tutorial videos should address most of your initial questions. If you wish to proceed, complete the EMC Brain School Interest Form. A Partnership Team member will contact you to discuss your school/district needs and answer any questions. When you decide to move forward, contact your Partnership Team member to complete the necessary paperwork and start the onboarding process.


ONBOARDING

The school assigns a Group Account Manager (GAM) and provides contact information to the Partnership Team member.

A school account and GAM account will be created on the platform. The login info will be emailed to GAM.

The GAM will upload therapists on the platform manually or via csv file. (Students may be set up by GAM also. See step 6 for student upload by therapists.)

The Partnership Team member will provide the GAM with templates for school announcements.

The GAM will share announcements and video tutorials with users.

If not entered by GAM, therapists will upload their own caseloads on the platform (manually or via csv file) and verify that schedules are correct. Click a button to send links to student emails for password setup.

The Partnership Team member will be available until your school is all set up and ready to start sessions!
